I loved it, staff and location were great! Comfortable room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The hotel itself was in a safe area, close enough to downtown and the Gorge Waterway Park and Victoria.

Everything was perfect, great service, ideal location close to the downtown and the outskirts of the city and the city center. I booked a standard queen room for 2 nights and had an enjoyable stay. Every staff member was terrific and obliging.

Warm staff, helpful service, updated and immaculate rooms. Bed was soft, I enjoyed it. A great selection of appetising food for continental breakfast. The hotel was set in a central area. Also, a shopping mall was 3 km away. Awesome stay in the nice enough area.

The staff were very good, the breakfast was satisfactory and everything was exceptional. Touristic hotel in a peaceful area of Victoria. I liked a convenient decor and simple furniture. Easy check in and amazing service. There were free internet and paid parking available.

It was a fantastic time staying at this 1ST CLASS hotel. The reception was friendly and fairly clean. Plenty of food for a continental breakfast. Lucky me, I got wake up calls free of charge too. Had no problem using their ample parking, the internet was great.

outstandingly accommodating stuff, great restaurant, well-kept room. exceptional view, a little balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. enjoyed food at kuku's, its just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. excellent service during my comfortable stay.
